ELSI Committee
ELSI, which stands for Ethical, Legal and Social Issues (or Implications), is a collective term that represents diverse issues arising in life science and medical research.
The ELSI Committee has been established to provide advice and recommendations from a standpoint independent from the operation of the Biobank Japan Project for Genomic and Clinical Research to ensure the proper operation of the Project.
