The symposium ‘Nanopore x Environmental and Health Genomics’ will be held on 15 November (Fri), hosted by the University of Tokyo’s Collaborative Research Organization for Integrative Medical Genomics and Informatics, with BBJ Director Koichi Matsuda (Professor, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo) giving a lecture entitled ‘Gene-environmental Interaction for Human Diseases’ at the end of the session titled TALKS BY LEADING EXPERTS (14:40-17:15).

The event will be conducted in English, except a basic explanation of nanopore technology prior to the lecture and a question-and-answer session, which will be conducted in Japanese. It is on-site participation only and will not be distributed online.
